Sivota

Sivota - Sivota presents a beautiful and relatively unspoilt Greek destination that is becoming harder to find. Sivota is a small town on the coast of Epirus Prefecture, on the way to Parga from the capital Igoumenitsa. If you are looking for a peaceful place for your holiday, which has all the necessary facilities, but continue to live uncorrupted traditional way of life, then Sivota is your destination for you. The village center is located in a quiet coastal area, where you can enjoy the view of the two islands in the Gulf country, or to Corfu and Paxos. A large selection of beautiful beaches and a few tiny wooded inshore islands for total peace and relaxation. The beach is easily reached by foot or rented boat. Some beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away from the city center.

Mega Amos beach is a little further, but at a nice tavern, where you can sample traditional Greek food.

None of the Sivota beaches will not disappoint you, as a romantic atmosphere, shallow and clear water is the trade mark of this city. The islands and beaches can be reached by boat. In the evening, most of the tired visitors and locals watching from the cafes and fish restaurants beautiful sunsets. If you like nightlife, here you can find bars and the hospitality of the local bars. The best way to explore all the beaches and bays, is renting a boat, because there are places that are inaccessible by land.
